Brothers of Nayawin Rar Lodge,

I am excited to be working with each of you this year as we prepare for another wonderful year of conclave. Conclave this year is going to be held at Boddie Scout Reservation in the East Carolina Council. This year’s theme, Footsteps of our Fathers, provides us the opportunity to reflect on the history of Scouting, our time in Scouting and our future together as a group bound in brotherhood.

This letter you are receiving includes copies of delegate registration forms and medical forms. These forms need to be returned to the council office in Goldsboro no later than March 12, 2010.

In addition to these forms, delegate memorabilia needs to be ordered. To order via mail, get a printed registration form. These forms need to be turned into the council office no later than January 31, 2010. The online store for Delegate Memorabilia will still be open until February 21. This site is located at http://webstore.sr7b.org.

This year the lodge has decided to go with a birthday Smurf theme for Conclave spirit. So in these final months and planning stages for conclave don’t forget to THINK BLUE!
